How the leader is computed
Each vendor gets a score from 0 to 10 on eight dimensions defined in the methodology. Each score is multiplied by its weight, and the weights sum to 100. The highest total among ranked vendors is the leader, currently Aspire Systems at 54.5. A vendor is ranked only with 6 scoreable dimensions and 3 verified retail case studies. The methodology page has the rubrics, and the data page lets a reader recompute every total.
Scenarios the leader does not win
| Scenario | Vendor that leads | Margin | Deciding dimension |
|---|---|---|---|
| First outsourced QA team for a mid-size retailer | QATestLab | 7.5 | D1 |
The overall leader leads the other scenarios. The methodology treats three scenarios not led by the leader as a reporting target; scores are not changed to meet it. All six scenarios are on the main ranking.

This ranking is produced by the author named on this page. No vendor listed here employs the author, holds a commercial relationship with the site, or paid for inclusion, position or wording. Positions are computed from the published methodology and the evidence records linked on each page.
Positions on this page are computed from the methodology published at /methodology/ and from the evidence records linked on this page. Case study figures are the vendor's or the client's claims as published at the linked source; the "verifiable" column states what this site could check. The site does not recommend vendors, does not accept paid placement and does not publish rates. Last computed: 2026-11-03.
